Append to Last column

I'm looking to append data from Column A in sheet 8 to the next open column in sheet 7. I know how to append rows, but not columns...

I know this is most likely totally off, but as you can tell I based it off of a macro I used to append rows.

Heres a sample of what I mean.

Temp is the table that would have temporary data that would need to be appended to a master sheet, final is how it should look at after running the macro.

And i agree I need help learning quite a few basics still with VBA, and this forum has been a great help in pointing me in the right direction so far!

But the best is when you figure it out yourself
