    Custom scheduling calendar

    Hello all,

I created this calendar that is attached for a site I was hired to take care of. they hold graduate level courses in nine different classrooms, now they want me to be able to type in scheduling information on an another workbook and it be able to be automatically updated on the calendar I made. Can excel do this?
for example: type in: Monday, Sept. 28, 2009 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM in room 101, event: education course and in my calendar the corresponding cells will be filled in with the information.

    any help is greatly appreciated,
    Marco

    Re: Custom scheduling calendar

The Calendar isn't Dynamic at all so I imagine you are manually inputting the entries.

The TextBoxes & merged cells are going to be a pain.

You should be able to use VLOOKUP to populate the dates if the calendar was designed to be created with formulas not just manual input.
    Hope that helps.

    Thank you royUK,

How can I make this calendar dynamic so do not have to input everything manually?
