Data Reconciliation / Matching two columns of Data against each other on Excel

(please have a look at the attached excel sheet first otherwise it may not make any sense )

I would highly appreciate if any excel guru can design an excel sheet or could tell me any formula/macro/VBA code which can be used for the followings:

    1. To reconcile data between two columns (in this case A and B). Data are not sorted in particular order and some of the amounts may have been mistyped (e.g. instead of £31.30, someone typed in £31.29)
    2. So, it needs to have a tolerance / flexibility (e.g. if A is 5% more or less than B, then A and B are equal/matched)
    3. Sum two figures from a list to see if it equals to a figure in another list (e.g. No 1 + 5 from A equals to £41.92 on B)

    Thanks
