Import data from .htm Saved on Hard Disk

    hello every1

i get my bills every day in .htm format, which i store it in my hard disk D:\Bills\ (all the bills are stored in Date format 03-10-2009.htm)

the bill contains lot of information that i dont require, company name, address, my name and address, contact details, and many other rules and regulations...

the data i require is in the form of a TABLE in the bill, which has to be imported

now i manually import all the data,

what i want is to create a macro where if i mention the date in cell A1, the macro should go and search the folder and import the data into excel

    i had written a fourmula

    HYPERLINK("D:\Bills\2009-2010\"&TEXT($B5,"dd-mm-yyyy")&".htm")

this formula opens the file but it doesnot import the data........

    Please help

    thanks in advance
    sibalamit
