Applying reference formula to entire column

    Hello,

I am trying to develop a code that can be applied to the entire column because sometimes rows need to be inserted or deleted at random locations for missed or duplicate sales orders. Right now, I currently have cells referencing each other to provide the necessary information. Additional information is imported from a second sheet which gets its information from an outside source. I think I have to use an offset option here to make it calculate it correctly? I'm not too sure. My VBA skills are very limited.

I have attached a sample to describe what I am talking about. I'm also trying to reduce the clutter so the item name is not displayed everytime if the sales are for the same item.

    Thanks.

Your sample does not adequately present your expected results. Can you add a sheet to provide the goal visually?

Re: Applying reference formula to entire column

I redid the first sheet and seperated it by the black line. The left side is what will be printed while everything to the right of the black line is going to be used for a sorting function. The right contains a lot of information that would clutter the printouts so it contains essentially the same information on the left but it would allow for sorting functions to be used down the road.
