Website iFrame to be updated using separate excel sheet?

To outline:

I work in an office where I look after a website that people email me information that they would like posted on there.

We have come up with the idea of using an Excel spreadsheet that people who know no HTML can use to put text on to the site, and I can simply link the site to view the document in iFrames. I would use Word for this, but I want complete control over the layout of things inside the iFrame.

The idea is to have one of the tabs viewable on the site, and have another tab with a macro button which would copy information input in to a cell there and paste it on the next available lines on the viewable site page. I have attached a dodgy example.


I am not great with macros or Excel scripting, so if someone could produce most if not all of the code for this and send me a copy, it would be much appriciated. Email is [email protected]
