emailing content of a worksheet row

    Good evening,

Please can some-one tell me how to go about achieving the following:-

what i need to is somehow link a name which is located in column 'B' with a email address which can then be used to send the contents of that row to the individual concerned.

Any help would be greatly received

    Hello HealthWatch,

Pretty sketchy description you gave there. Need more information:

    1. What email program will you be using?
    2. What cells hold the email address, subject line and body of the email?
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
