Highlite NON-duplicates in multiple columns by row

I am trying to help a member of this forum and run myself into a corner

Either my logic is wrong or I just do not see why this macro won't highlite cells that do not match the data in column C cell, per row.

If C4 = "123" and cells D4 thru M4 do not match, highlite those cells.
If C5 = "xyz" and cells D5 thru M5 do n ot match, highlite those cells.
And so on thru the last row.
