Conditional formatting

Hi there

i have 3 sets of file versions for 3 different servers and a standard list to compare the 3 with.
The standard list is on cell range C4:C45
The set of file versions of first server is on cell range D4:D45
The set of file versions of first server is on cell range E4:E45
The set of file versions of first server is on cell range F4:F45

is there a code in VBA which does the following
1. compare D4:D45 with C4:C45 and format cells D4:D45 with red color if there are any difference?. The same to be done on E4:E45 and F4:F45
2. Some of the cells D, E and F columns don't have a fileversion to match and they are marked NA. can they stay the same i.e. avoid conditional formatting?
