Write Macro for this logical problem

Dear All,

This is Venkat. Here I am sending file to write the macro for this problem. Please help me anybody to solve this issue. Here I am attching the file.

1. File contains approximately 15,000 columns x 25,000 rows if condition formula.

2. If I was enter some rows that size will high and it can not open.

3. I dont know regarding macros till now I was tried with conditional formulae only.

This is most urgent. Please help me to solve this issue.
