Simple check if cell empty and fill it

I want to check in every worksheet within 1 file if certain cell is empty andif not then fill a cell that is 2 rows below. Following code doesn't work;/ (I'm a very beginner)

If a5 isnt empty and a5:a10 are filled with data, then a12 should be filled.

I need to bolden cells from in a row beginning with A4 (B4,C4

....)to lastone that's not empty. If you could I would be happy :>

Not clear if this forms part of the previous routine or is in fact an entirely separate question -- if the latter in future please keep threads dedicated to one question and outline all requirements in the initial post.

Assuming you intend to this within the sheet loop
