Slow Updates and Calculation

Hi all,

I have a macro that updates data from Bloomberg RTD every 10 minutes, below:

The data that need to be updated is in worksheet "Rvol" and i summarise and present the data on "Sheet1". The problem is after Rvol updates, it takes a minute before Sheet1 is updated. Sheet1 is updated faster when i have only 1 excel workbook running although my CPU is running at 30% and i still have 1GB of ram unused.

Should I stop calculations before Rvol is updated? so that the data can be downloaded faster? Or reduce the throttleinterval?(mine's currently set at 0)
