    selecting cell from a table

I am stuck on how to program the following.
    (see attached spread sheet)

    I select a value from Column B
I only take the numeric values from the row and transfer them to a list box.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Thanks

    Try this for starters.
Select a cell in the table in Column B, then run macro "aaa"
