Copying rows from one sheet to different sheet !!

I need some help, I stuck with one macro problem and need ideas how to resolve it.

It loops through the first column to check for value "Set1"... then it copies the entire row to different spreadsheets previously created. Unfortunately it copies rows from Sheet1 to the same row number in new sheet. How can I copy those rows from Sheet1 so that they would start on row 2 in new sheet?
