Email Macro in Excel 2007 with Variable name in Body

Hi,
I am searching for a macro where I can use in a command button to:
1. Launch Outlook
2. Insert variable name from the excel file within the body of the Email.
ex. ...Your new cost is: "NewCost"

Any pointers? Many thanks in advance.
