    Data Sort Macro

    Hi
    Is there a macro that can be used to sort the data on the attached doc by job nš & also delete out the totals, names & month data from the middle & bottom of the doc. taking into consideration that the totals, names & month data may not always be in the same place each month.

    Hello Loisw,

    To sort the job numbers the way you want, I added a second sheet. Only the data matching your requirements is copied to this sheet. The data on the sheet is then sorted by job number. There is a button on "Workings" to run the macro. The new sheet is cleared each time before the information is copied over and sorted. Here is the macro...
