Simple repeating copy paste macro

I have a X by Y matrix in my excel. All I want to do is copy it, skip one line down and paste. Repeat for T times (probably like 500 times really)

Please see attached excel sheet. The colored cells I want copied and pasted 500 times, skipping one line in the middle.

Probably easily done with a FOR statement, but I dont know excel coding syntax.

Notice at the top of each group of cells there is a "P=#" title.

So If you guys would be so kind as to increase that as well, so I would like P=0 to P=500.
