Floating window

Hi everyone,

I'd like to ask if y'all know how to insert a little floating window in an excel workbook, that the users can move around. This hypothetical window would have as many buttons as the workbook's worksheets, and each button would lead to a sheet. If I could insert drawings or icons in these buttons would be sugar on top

This window would be similar to the toolbox that appears in the VBA Project Manager when you work on a userform.
