Create Folder with system date then save file to folder

So far I have this code which creates the folder using the system date, and then exports my range to an xml file. My problem is I need to save the file into the folder I create at the beginning instead of the directory its in now. Anyone know how to do this. Also I need to be able to check to see if the folder is already created. If not then create it and if it has been then just save to the folder.

You need to change the working directory to the new one. You can do this easily using a variable.
