    Hi Shekar Goud
    Put the three attached files in the same directory and and run the procedure from the button in the MacroBook. The procedure assumes that
    Reference to Microsoft Scripting Runtime has been set:
    Tools->References-> select Microsoft Scripting Runtime
    If I understood your issue correctly, this appears to do what you described.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for all your help and appreciate your time.

    I would say its a tough task though a good try.

    I have to do a lot still because this data should be copy to other workbook too.
