Sumif function condition cell value

Hello.

Please someone help me with the following problem.

I have a worksheet where two columns of data are written. In another worksheet I have a list of data in one column. In column next to it (so the rows are the same) I am trying to write a list of sumif formula, where the range is first column of the first worksheet, condition is a value of the cell next to where I am writing the sumif equation (list of data) and the sumrange is the second colummn in the first worksheet.

I can't get it. I tried with --- "C" & i --- but I get an error saying expected:end of statement. It goes like that:

Not sure I'm reading your question properly.

Best IMO to work in ranges and avoid iteration (looping) where possible
