I need exact solution for the file that I have attached in this thread.(I am asking for help because I didnt get solution for the raw data which I posted).

and also I need separate two columns to be created (in same worksheet) to show or display the Name and Orders distributed after updating i.e who got how many orders, after updating New Orders. (I need only Name and orders they get after distributing new orders).

If person George initially had 4 orders (in Total) and if he gets 6 orders (in Total) after distributing New Order then I need separate two column showing Name as George and Total New Orders as 2.

If you have any doubt, then pls feel free to ask me.
