Delete Rows based on Values in a column

Hi, please help me if possible. Say i have data from "A5:Z500", i want to check for all that the rows that contain a "yes" in column Z, and then delete those rows which contain a "Yes". Values with a blank or "No" must just be left alone.

You don't need VBA for this. As long as the top row of your data (row4 ?) has "title", then you can just click on that and turn on the DATA > FILTER > AUTOFILTER.

Then use the dropdown in column Z for "yes" and highlight/delete all the rows left visible. Then turn off the Autofilter (same way you turned it on) and you're done.

If a macro is critical, record yourself doing those steps and you have a reusable macro.
