    Search for String

I understand that the code below will allow me to search for the word "Mail Box" in column E and then paste the rows found in another worksheet.

What I would like to do is that instead of specifying the word "Mail Box" or any other word, I would rather like to specify a cell, say "F3" and use the value of that cell in the search.

Is there any possible way to do that?
