DATE or NOW doesn't work in WIN 7 ?!?

I am having issue with those fuction in VBA ...

All under windows 7 , using either Office 2k , 2k3 or 2k7

giving my the error "Compile error: Can't find project or library" and it select the work DATE ...

Any idea ?

Open a workbook using the code. Run the code & if you receive the error again check in the VB Editor -> Tools-> References. If any are marked missing uncheck them, save the workbook & try again
