    Priority Drop Down List

    Hi folks,

    I have the following list in my sheet:

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    The Priority column is a drop-down list which I've made using List Validation Criteria, it's take the data(priorities) from a pre-defined range.

    What I want to get is:
    For example, when I'm changing from Priority 3 to 7 then the 7 Priority will automatically become 3.

    How can I implement it?

    Hi ynevet,
    Welcome to the Forum.

    Search the forum for Vlookup.
    Perhaps supplying a small sample workbook would help as well.

    I've checked out the Vlookup, a nice function but not what I need.

    I've attached my excel file for everyone who want to see.
