    Hi MUSTAFAINE,

welcome to the forum. Please try not to use chat room code, there may be users here who don't understand it.

As to your problem, copy the cell with the comment, then use Paste Special and tick Comments. To also apply the format, use Paste Special a second time and tick Format.

That would require VBA outside of my skill range. I just want to alert you to the fact that the comments will stay in the cells, even if you use the slider to select a different year. Again, it may be possible to use VBA to delete all existing comments and recalculate upon slider usage, but you'd have to find a VBA expert for that.

I'll move the thread to the Programming forum.

    Mustafaine,

Let me first complement you on this sheet. I must say that it looks very nice. Well done. Two thumbs up.

Having that said I would like to address Teylyn as she is walking away from this as where I think so can be of help.

Your sheet has a CF on all the calander dates, using:
    =NOT(ISNA(MATCH(C5,repayment,0)))

This is clever, but it does not take into account the running perod and the intervals.

    Running period: Simply solved with
    =IF(theyear<YEAR(B3),"Not Started",IF(theyear>YEAR(C3),"Ended",DATE(theyear,F$2,E3)))

Payments: Need to think about that one

    Mustifane,
    Welcome to the Forum.
I'd like to draw your attention to the Forum Rules
    8. Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. You'll find people are disinclined to respond to cross-posts because they may be wasting their time solving a problem that has been solved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser)to the cross-post. Expect cross-posts without a link to be closed a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us help you!
I'll post the link, this time. Next time, please remember.
