Userform into formfields on Word Doc

Hello & Merry Christmas to everyone!

I have a bit of a problem whilst trying to populate information i enter onto a userform in excel onto a Word Document using form fields

The userform has 6 text boxes which when 'Save' is pressed it saves the information to the spreadsheet, it also populates onto a template word document.

All of my form fields work apart from one, if i type say 10 words it does transfer, any more and it doesnt.

Any idea how i can get this to work properly?

Hello Cruiser102,

Have you checked the MaxLength property of the offending TextBox? This property is used to limit user input to a set number of characters. The default setting is zero which allows unlimited characters.

Hi, I have looked at this and these say 0 (zero) on all boxes, any other ideas?

Pllllease, help me on this one, its driving me NUTS!
- the formfield will only fill if there are less than 30 carachters, the settings are set in the formfield to unlimited but it still only takes this many.

Any ideas? is it something to do with my userform in excel?

It would be easier if you could post both the Excel workbook and the Word document for review.

Glad you figured it out. We still don't know why the none bookmark form field limits the character length to 30.
