best way to represent data in Chart(graph)

    Hi ,
    PFA the excel sheet
i have 2 columns here ProjectID and Weeknumber
now i need a graph in a way like

    collectively for Wk(45-53)

in the x axis it should be "ProjectID" and y axis should show me "Count used"

    for ex:
if x axis first point is 157 then 157 is used 28 times
similarly next opoint on x axis is 152.

this way i need to perform analysis of data.
    thanks
    max

    PFA
?? Don't assume everybody knows your acronyms.

Excel will chart the data range that you feed it. Excel charts will not do any summarising or grouping of data, unless you use a pivot chart.

Other than that, you'll have to create a table that groups and summarises your data and use this table as the source for the chart.
