    Conditional Formatting

I want to apply conditional formatting for the following:
If the value of B2 matches a value anywhere in column A, I would like B2's background pattern to change to a solid color such as red.

I can't find any specific help anywhere on something like this. [email protected]

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    1) Highlight B2, or highlight B2:B100 or whatever the full range of cells in column B you want this to apply to....highlight them all at once

    2) Format > Conditional Formatting > Condition1: Formula Is: =ISNUMBER(MATCH(B2,A:A,0))
    Format... Patterns: Red
