Clearing cells and deleting rows based on condition

Thanks for all the previous help I got from this forum.
Hoping for a solution and my issue is as follows:
I have a spread sheet from which I have to clear few cell values and delete few rows based on the following condition:
Have attached 2 workbooks with the sample datas and output desired.
I need macro to do these conditions.

1) condition for sample.xls file:
when column F contains 'X' and the values in columns V,W,Z,AE,AG in one row =(equals) to the values in columns K,L,O,T,U and contains 'X' in column G in some other row then
remove the row with 'X' in F column and clear the values in columns K,L,O,T,U,G(contains 'X') and write 'X' in F column.

2) condition for sample1.xls:
when column G contains'X' and the values in K,L,O,T,U in one row =(equals) to the values in columns V,W,Z,AE,AG and contains 'X' in column F in some other row then
remove the row with 'X' in F column and clear the values in columns K,L,O,T,U,G(contains 'X') and write 'X' in G column.

In the attached workbooks, have included the desired output for these 2 conditions.
