    Help with .NumberFormat

    Can you please explain or provide a link to info about the .NumberFormat parameter?

    I am using:

    and

    but I also need to set a cell to "text" (in Excel, the command is Format, Cells, Number, Text)

    and another cell to 3 decimal places ...
