Creating efficient code: copy/paste between worksheets

I'm trying to copy objects from one sheet and paste them onto a separate sheet. The following code works but I know this isn't efficient. How do I accomplish this without moving between the tabs and selecting the objects?

My file is attached as well.
    Thanks!
