Macro for Printing 2 or more sheets simultaneously, Combo & Option Box, and Inserting Rows

Hi everyone! I am asking anyone to help me construct a template and I need macros to make it more convenient to use. Please take a look of my initial template, Template.xlsx. The following are the the things I'd like for my template (if it's not too much to ask from you guys):

    a) In Sheet A, I want to have a Check Box (ActiveX Control) for the entries in B5:B10 and a Print Command Button (ActiveX Control) such that if I select a Sheet or two or more sheets, these sheets will be printed after pressing the Print Button.

    b) In Sheet A again, I want to have a Combo Box (ActiveX Control) for the entries in F6:F12 and should have a heading title "Select Variant". Then, an Option Button (ActiveX Control) for the entries in G5:H5 and has heading title "Select Sampling Point". A value in cell K8 should appear after selecting a variant and sampling point. For example, if I choose Variant C and After Warmer, then K8=3.75.

    c) In Sheet B, I need an Insert Row Command Button (ActiveX Control) such that if I click it, a new row is inserted above it and the formula and conditional formatting are also copied in the new row. Further, the new row number will appear in Column A.
For example if the button is positioned in cell B5, clicking it will insert a row in Row 5 with the formulas and conditional format being copied and A5=2 appears, then the button is now positioned in cell B6. Also, deleting a row, the button will be moved just after the last row.

You can edit the template and have it posted and I would really appreciate since I don't really know much of macros and VBA. Thanks.
