You'll need VBA for that.
But hey, this is the way how you can avoid it. By filter.

xlsx is for 2007 (which you have uploaded in the first post).
Also, this solution is not possible for prior 2007.

OK, I got it to do what I wanted, but it takes a long time to calculate. Any ideas why? The new file is attached. Thanks
