Prevent Chart Title and Plot Area Overlapping

    Hi Folks,

Anyone have any recommendations on how to resize the plotarea of a chart so that it wont overlap with the title. I can't seem to find the appropriate property to let me determine the height or the bottom edge of the chart title.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

chart textboxes, such as charttitle, axistitle and data labels, do not have a Width or Height property.

You can however make use of the restriction that chart textboxes are bound by the charts area. So if you try to force a charttitle box beyond the bottom edge you will find it actual ends up on the bottom edge.
With some simple match you can compare the actual top value with the requested top position in order to give you the height.
    Cheers
