    Page copy problem

On the worksheets, clicking the new sheet button will make a sheet for yesterday's (or an entered) date

Sheet 1 performs as needed - when the new sheet button is activated a new sheet is created and some data is copied and moved as I need it done.

Sheet 2 is saved as macro enabled and has a problem. Once the macro is run a visible copy of the page shows up with the date shown as a copy of the old date instead of the new one. This requires clicking "OK" on a naming conflict for several regions.

What do I need to do to fix this?

The sheet was created in Excel 2003 and is being run in Excel 2007

The issue doesn't seem to be the code. Sheet 1 doesn't seem to see the regions on the new sheet as a conflict but sheet 2 does. Code is same on both sheets

Then I don't understand the problem. Post a simple example with instructions to duplicate?

    Re: Page copy problem

When I run sheet 1 in 2007 it works. When I run sheet 2 it has a region conflict when it makes the new page. All I have to do to get the error is run sheet 2 and create a new page. I get this error on 3 machines.

    What does the underscore do?

The underscore does nothing for me, that is what you named a range, but it is not in your code.
I was just telling what error I was getting.

    Re: Page copy problem

I haven't been able to work on this lately but got into it again and haven't been able to figure out the reason I get the error. But, the suggestion by shg to ignore the alert keeps the user from having to press enter a bunch of times to get the macro to complete the process. So, in spite of not understanding the problem this seems to get me by the problem area, so I'll give it a solved even if it skates on the edge.

    Thanks
