VBA Code for pasting cells down a growing list that continually gets updated

I'm banging my head against the wall on this one- it's a doozy! My worksheet has data that gets updated each week to have that current week's information apended to the current list to get a trend of results w/ past information. It's basically a pivot-table that gets pasted in each week & then we manually go in & enter today's date in column A to the left of the PT, so we know what PT belongs w/ what date. I wrote a macro that automatically pastes & appends the current week's pivot-table & inserts today's date in the first cell to the left of the PT, but I need to know how to copy & paste that data to the bottom of the pivot-table. Also, there's 2 subtotals in the PT- Violated & Danger. I need code to automatically copy both the words Violated & Danger & drag them down so that every line is associated w/ either type. Please see my attached screenprints of before & after for with what we need to accomplish.
