Dear All,
I would appreciate if you could help me find and replace strings using Excel macro:
- "Family Number" to be replaced "Family no,"
- "Subject*Matter" to be replaced by "Subject"
- "Rev Date" to be replaced by "Date"
- "Rev Action" to be replaced by "Action"
- "Rev Comments" to be replaced by "Comments".
I cannot find the keywords when I search them.

Post a sample workbook so we can see this data that is giving you problems, there may be an issue with it you are not aware of.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

No, the OP said he can't seem to "Find" the text strings above when he searches. When I opened his workbook and try searching for those text strings, even though I see them in row1 the SEARCH tool doesn't seem to find them. It is odd.
Looking it over now.
Ok, the problem is in your SPACES between the words in A1 and B1. The normal ASCII CODE for spaces is 32. But the code for the spaces in A1 and B1 is 160.
Where is this text coming from?
