Populate list box with excelsheet data

Hi

I have a listbox which populate the data from excelsheet that matches with any textbox
value in the form.The listbox has multiple columns.My problem is the listbox displays all columns except the last postcode column and its data . And also Is it possible to sort data in the listbox according to Forenames? Please see the code below and suggest me the changes I should make.
