This worksheet was so helpful! -But I run into the problem that our accrual rate changes after 6 years of service, but the change does not take place until Jan 1 of the next year and I can not wrap my head on how to do it.

    Hello,

This is my first time on here.

I am trying to use the spreadsheet attached on this thread, and I am not getting the correct hours.

I changed the Policy Data Tables worksheet to match our company's policy, and everything is working up until that point.

    A B C D E F G H I J K L M
    Doe Jane Non-exempt 10/26/94 0.13 19.13 California 120 4.62 15.85 0 15.85

When I manually calculated the amount in column K, I came up with approximately 115.85. The formula is off in column E, but I can't seem to get it to calculate correctly. The value in in column E should be .9something, not .13.

I'm not sure if I explained myself enough. Could you please help me? I've attached my altered file for you to see if I did everything correctly. Thanks in advanced for all your help.Vacation Accruals - Example.xlsx
