Subtracing fill color cells and displaying them somewhere

VBA programming noob here...
I would like to do a simple task where a macro can find a cell that's colored yellow, use the value that is in it and subtract it from a cell that's colored green. That value should also be displayed on a cell different from those 2 cells.

The x.Interior.ColorIndex for the green highlight is 43 and yellow is 6

Keeping it simple, I only have 1 cell highlighted with each of the colors... not sure if it matters or not
