Auto transpose

Hi Techies,
I am a student and i need to analyse a big excel file.. now the problem is the given data is in the format .. (actully its a very big file )
NAME AGE Sx SUBJECT1 SUBJECT2 SUBJECT 3
SAM 23 M 79 80 59
Tina 22 F 90 67 98

Now i want my file like as below
SAM 23 M 79
SAM 23 M 80
SAM 23 M 59

and for each row i have to do these transpose individual ,can some one please help me
