Macro to return text for all items that do no meet criteria for IF function

    Hi there,

I'm not entirely sure what I need. I know this can be done as I have done it before a long time ago but I can not remember how to do it.

I have attached the sheet with an example on it.

What I would like is for the follow cell next to compliancy to return names of document as per column headers th
at are missing as per the IF functions in the calculation for compliancy.

i.e. For EL OE I need to have an either and engagement letter open ended, a budget agreed, and a terms and conditions or an Engagement Letter open ended, an Unsigned EL and Terms and conditions. I have put an IF formula which tells you if it is compliant or not but what I need now is for it to return the documents that are needed if not compliant.
    Any help gratefully received.

    Many Thanks
    Libby

How are we supposed to know which documents are needed? I see no way of deciphering your spreadsheet.
Is your code running too slowly?
Does your workbook or database have a bunch of duplicate pieces of data?
Have a look at this article to learn the best ways to set up your projects.
It will save both time and effort in the long run!

Sorry I thought I'd put it on the sheet.

    I'll add it now.

I've added the criteria for the three kinds of billing codes.

Its a bit confusing for me so I'm hoping someone else can help.

    Thanks

Ok, I can see the different combinations that make a row compliant, but are you checking each row for each account type? You need a field that says which account type a particular row belongs to.
