#NAME? Error

    #NAME? Error

    Any ideas why I am getting this error? I've been using the formula in column V (see attached workbook) for quite sometime in Excel 2007, but after opening it in Excel 2003 I get a #NAME? error.

    Here is the formula:

    IN 2003 do you have the Tools|Analysis Toolpak Addin checked? ISEVEN is an analysis toolpak addin.
