Navigate macro issue

Hi,

I'm using really simple code assigned to autoshapes to navigate up and down:

I unlocked the cells so I could protect the sheet and only the desired cells could be selected but this seems to override the protection? So when I have an unlocked cell selected and this macro is run to select a locked cell it still happens? Can I prevent this so the macro stops if the cell it is wanting to select is protected?
