    Update workbook

    hi,

I have two workbooks, one for data entry and the other for viewing the data. the data entry is called Rotadata and the other is called Rota viewer. attached is examples

I would like to be able to do the following.

when you enter data into the rotadata workbook and click a button it sends that data to the viewing workbook. if any changes are made to the rotadata workbook you just click the button and it will replace and update the data in the viewing workbook.

In the viewing workbook there can be no alerts or formula so i cant create a link or merge or anything like that.

any advice or help would be great.

    Thank you
