Move Specific Data One column to another column

    Hello,

I want to move some data within worksheet.

In D column there are values like

    0.1
    0.2
    -1
    -0.2

In C column there are values like

    26000
    28000
    33000
    56000
    26000

I wanted to move data from column C to column 'E' if there is negative value in column 'D'

There are negative values in D column -1 and -0.2 and In C column values are 56000 and 26000. now these 56000 and 26000 will be moved to Column E.

Thank you in advance for help,

I have attached excel file for better understanding
