Delete data with only 1 expiration date

Seems like it should be easy; however this is giving me some trouble.

Basically every item number is listed multiple time with each location the item appears in and all locations not ending in A or B will have a pallet tag number assigned to them. For each time an item number appears the expiration for each occurrence should be counted unless the line in which the item number appears does not have a pallet tag number.

An example Item 1 location 1A has no PT number and the expiration date is 5/10/2010, Item 1 location 1T has an expiration date of 5/11/2010. In this case Item 1 would be considered to have 1 expiration date not 2. This would be an example of an item that should have every occurrence of the item number removed along with all related data.

I have attached a sample sheet to hopefully clarify what is needed.
