pre populate save as dialogue box

first post so please be gentle.

i was wondering if it was possible to have a macro button that prints several pages which it already does BUT then to open the save as dialogue box pre populated?

I would like the box to open with cell d2 as the filename
and to have the destination folder open too?

so in d2 i have " abc123 "
and i want it to pre determine the destination folder as customer

i would then need to look up the folder within that folder

any help would be appreciated
